Thanks for your interest in our one week free trial. All you need to participate in your first class is comfortable training attire and a bottle of water. No shoes are needed as we train barefoot in all classes. Gloves and hand wraps will be provided your first week of training. Please make sure to eat an hour to an hour and a half before class for optimal energy!
