Thanks for your interest in our one week free trial. All you will need to participate in your first class is to wear something comfortable to work out in and a bottle of water. No shoes are needed as we train barefoot in all classes. Gloves and hand wraps will be provided your first week of training! Please make sure to eat an hour to an hour and a half before class!
